DROP-IN & SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF!

 

How this works:

 

1) Sign up for a workout. (Come anytime between 5:30-7:00p)

2) Follow the workout of the day. (From warm-up to cool down)

3) Go at your own pace. (You'll need at least 30 mins to work out)

4) Crush your workout and you're done!

 

This is designed to be self-paced and easily modifiable. If anyone has physical limitations, they are still able to exercise. There will also be videos demonstrating how to do each exercise with the proper form. Talya will also be there for any additional questions.

WE ALL NEED TO STRETCH!

 

1 hour of deep stretching to relieve the most common and possibly uncommon areas of tension. Everyone is welcome and can be modified for special needs.
