Many people recommend Talya when I asked for fitness trainer recommendations. From the beginning of this year Talya has been my personal fitness trainer and she’s definitely great at what she does! She encourages, uplifts, holds you accountable without ever being judgmental and helps you reach your fitness goals.
Together you can come up with weekly, monthly, and long term goals to help with your fitness journey. She evaluates what you’re capable of doing and creates exercise plans geared towards helping you improve.
She takes measurements so you can know your progress, challenges you as much as you can handle, is very patient with explaining what the workouts will help with, and demonstrates how each workout is done properly.
Talya is very professional, friendly, and listens to her clients needs. I’ve made a lot of progress but I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her guidance.
