I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BECOME A TRAINER
For most of my life, I thought I would become a Physical Therapist. I gained much experience and knowledge in the field, yet when Personal Training opened up to me unexpectedly, I chose it and I haven't looked back.
I am very passionate about guiding people to live healthier, longer, and well-balanced lives. With my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, I've been working as a personal trainer for several years. Physical Therapy was my career aspiration for a long time and when it came time to begin graduate school, I felt led by God to walk away. Personal Training has opened many doors and blessings I never expected.
It is a joy learning about my clients and their lives as we work together to achieve their goals. Service with a smile is a personal philosophy I carry and use to encourage my clients to push themselves and strive for daily progress.
I currently reside in Winston Salem, North Carolina and is originally from Washington State.
